6. Decorative keepsake of wedding certificate.
7. Decorative keepsake of wedding vows.
8. Signing of the marriage certificate.
9. Securing and submitting marriage certificate.
10. File with appropriate agency.
11. Name change information.
Mobile Notary Public: $50. This is strictly a signing of the marriage certificate and no ceremony.
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for booking a wedding date.
